1. Introduction

GoBunny (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a consulting firm operating through two divisions: Consulting (business-to-business project delivery for organizations) and Career Support (business-to-consumer services for individual professionals). Together, these divisions and our website, applications, and related digital properties are referred to as the “Platform.”

The Consulting division helps organizations outsource project work to GoBunny delivery teams across domains including, but not limited to, technology and IT, with expansion into additional industries over time. The Career Support division helps individuals with mentorship, job applications, interview preparation, career guidance, and related professional development services.

By accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using any part of the Platform or our services, you agree to these Terms of Use and any policies referenced herein. Certain provisions apply only to one division; see Section 4 for details.

GoBunny does not guarantee employment outcomes for Career Support users, project results for Consulting clients beyond agreed deliverables, or specific business or career results. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or these Terms as permitted by law.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform or our services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you access the Platform on behalf of an organization (including as a Consulting client), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes both you individually and that entity.

Continued use after we post revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any update, you must stop using the Platform and notify us regarding active engagements or subscriptions.

3. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

• “Platform” means the GoBunny website, web applications, communication channels, and related online properties operated by the Company.
• “Consulting Division” means GoBunny’s business-to-business practice through which organizations engage the Company for outsourced project work, professional services, and related delivery engagements.
• “Career Support Division” means GoBunny’s business-to-consumer practice through which individual professionals access mentorship, application support, interview preparation, and related career services.
• “Client” means an organization or authorized representative that engages GoBunny under the Consulting Division.
• “User” means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, including Career Support customers and authorized Client representatives.
• “Engagement” means a Consulting project or service agreement between GoBunny and a Client, including any statement of work (“SOW”), proposal, or order accepted by both parties.
• “Services” means services provided through either division, including Consulting deliverables and Career Support programs.
• “Mentor” means an advisor, coach, trainer, or industry professional who provides Career Support services through the Platform.
• “Consultant” means a GoBunny team member, contractor, or specialist assigned to perform work under a Consulting Engagement.
• “Content” means materials on or submitted through the Platform, including documents, data, training materials, software, and communications.
• “Work Product” means deliverables, reports, code, designs, documentation, or other outputs produced by GoBunny specifically for a Client under an Engagement.

4. Divisions and Applicability

These Terms govern your relationship with GoBunny across both divisions unless a separate written agreement (such as an SOW, master services agreement, or enterprise contract) expressly overrides specific provisions for a Consulting Engagement.

Consulting (B2B): Sections 7–9 and Client-specific references apply to organizations engaging project consulting services.

Career Support (B2C): Sections 10–13 and User-specific references apply to individual professionals using career services.

Sections covering payments, confidentiality, acceptable use, intellectual property, privacy, liability, and dispute resolution apply to all users unless context clearly limits them to one division.

5. Eligibility

Career Support users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding agreement.

Consulting clients must be duly organized entities or authorized representatives with legal capacity to contract on behalf of their organization. Clients must provide accurate company and contact information.

GoBunny may refuse or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met or if information provided is false or misleading.

6. Account Registration and Security

Where registration is required—primarily for Career Support—you are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

Consulting clients may access the Platform or engagement portals through credentials issued for project collaboration. Authorized Client personnel must comply with these Terms and any Engagement-specific security requirements.

We may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, misuse, or Terms violations.

7. Consulting Division Terms

Consulting services are provided to Clients on a project or engagement basis. Scope, timeline, fees, deliverables, and acceptance criteria are defined in a mutually agreed SOW, proposal, or written order.

Engagement structure

• GoBunny assigns Consultants with skills appropriate to the Engagement scope and industry domain.
• Clients designate a primary point of contact for decisions, approvals, and communications.
• Changes to scope, timeline, or fees require written agreement between the parties.

Client cooperation

Timely delivery depends on Client cooperation, including access to systems, documentation, stakeholders, and feedback. Delays caused by Client unavailability may adjust timelines and, where applicable, fees.

No guaranteed business outcomes

GoBunny commits to professional execution of agreed deliverables but does not guarantee specific revenue, market, regulatory, or operational outcomes unless expressly stated in writing in the Engagement documents.

Subcontracting and team composition

GoBunny may use employees, contractors, or specialists to perform Engagement work, provided GoBunny remains responsible for delivery oversight unless otherwise agreed.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements, constraints, and business context;
• Grant timely access to personnel, systems, and materials reasonably required for delivery;
• Review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timeframes;
• Comply with applicable laws, including data protection and export controls;
• Not request unlawful, unethical, or infringing work from GoBunny teams;
• Pay fees according to agreed schedules and invoicing terms.

Clients are responsible for decisions made based on GoBunny deliverables and for implementation in their own environments.

9. Deliverables and Work Product

Unless the Engagement specifies otherwise, upon full payment of applicable fees GoBunny grants the Client a license or assigns ownership of Work Product as defined in the SOW. GoBunny retains rights to pre-existing materials, tools, frameworks, methodologies, and general know-how used across engagements.

Clients may not resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute Work Product outside their organization without written consent, except as needed for ordinary internal business use.

Deliverable acceptance procedures, revision rounds, and rejection criteria are governed by the Engagement documents. If none are specified, GoBunny will use commercially reasonable efforts to address material non-conformance reported within a reasonable period after delivery.

10. Career Support Division Terms

Career Support services are offered to individual Users through plans, packages, or programs described on the Platform. Services may include mentorship sessions, application and resume support, interview preparation, career coaching, and related guidance.

Services may be delivered live, asynchronously, or through digital materials. GoBunny may modify service formats, features, or availability with reasonable notice where practicable.

Career Support is for personal professional development only. Users may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit service access or materials without written permission.

11. No Employment Guarantee

Career Support services are designed to improve readiness, strategy, and execution in a job search. GoBunny does not guarantee employment, interviews, offers, compensation, or career advancement.

Hiring decisions are made solely by third-party employers. GoBunny is not responsible for employer actions or market conditions.

12. User Responsibilities

Career Support Users agree to:

• Provide truthful personal, educational, and professional information;
• Use services only for legitimate career-development purposes;
• Interact respectfully with mentors, staff, and other users;
• Not submit fabricated resumes, credentials, or misleading application materials.

13. Mentor Services Disclaimer

Mentors and advisors provide guidance based on professional experience. Their advice is educational and informational—not legal, financial, immigration, or guaranteed career advice.

Users remain solely responsible for career decisions and actions taken based on mentorship or coaching received through the Platform.

14. Acceptable Use Policy

All users—Clients and Career Support Users—must use the Platform lawfully and ethically. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation;
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior;
• Unauthorized access, hacking, scraping, or disruption of Platform systems;
• Uploading malware, spam, or harmful code;
• Using GoBunny resources to develop competing illegal services or to circumvent Engagement or subscription terms;
• Misusing AI-generated outputs without human review where professional judgment is required.

Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

15. Confidentiality

Consulting: Each party may receive confidential information during an Engagement. Unless otherwise agreed, both parties will protect such information using reasonable care and use it only for the Engagement purpose. Confidentiality obligations survive termination as specified in the SOW or for a reasonable period where not specified.

Career Support: GoBunny treats User resumes, profiles, and personal career information as confidential within the scope of providing services, subject to our privacy practices and legal requirements.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or lawfully received from a third party without restriction.

16. Non-Circumvention

Users and Clients agree not to circumvent GoBunny by engaging Consultants, mentors, or delivery personnel introduced through the Platform for substantially similar services outside GoBunny without prior written consent.

This protects the integrity of both divisions and applies during active engagements and for twelve (12) months thereafter, unless a separate agreement provides otherwise.

17. Non-Solicitation

Career Support: Users will not solicit mentors or trainers introduced through GoBunny for off-platform services for twelve (12) months without written consent.

Consulting: Clients will not directly hire or contract GoBunny Consultants assigned to their Engagement for twelve (12) months following the Engagement end date without written consent and any applicable placement fee stated in the SOW.

18. Payments and Fees

Consulting: Fees, invoicing schedules, expenses, and payment terms are set forth in the Engagement documents. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of work as specified in the SOW or applicable law.

Career Support: Plan pricing is displayed at purchase. Payment is required through authorized methods before access to paid services. Subscriptions renew per selected plan terms unless cancelled in advance.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Clients and Users are responsible for taxes owed in their jurisdiction.

19. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Career Support: Refund eligibility depends on the plan purchased and whether services have commenced. Once mentorship sessions, application work, or interview prep has started, refunds may be limited except where required by law. Requests must be submitted within the timeframe stated at purchase.

Consulting: Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the Engagement documents. Work performed, committed resources, and non-refundable expenses may be billed if a Client cancels after work has begun.

20. Intellectual Property

GoBunny owns or licenses all Platform intellectual property, including branding, software, training frameworks, methodologies, and general templates not created solely for a specific Client.

Work Product ownership for Consulting Engagements is addressed in Section 9. Career Support materials are licensed to Users for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

Users and Clients may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit Platform Content without written permission.

21. User and Client Content

Users may submit resumes, profiles, and career materials. Clients may submit project requirements, data, and business documents. You represent that you have the right to provide such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

You grant GoBunny a limited license to use submitted content solely to provide Services, operate the Platform, and improve service quality. GoBunny will handle personal and confidential data in accordance with applicable privacy obligations.

22. AI and Automated Tools

GoBunny uses AI and automated tools responsibly across both divisions to support—not replace—professional judgment.

Consulting

AI may assist with research, documentation, code analysis, planning, and quality checks. All client-facing deliverables are subject to human review by GoBunny personnel unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Career Support

AI may support job matching, resume tailoring, ATS optimization, and interview preparation. Recommendations are reviewed or validated by advisors where appropriate and are not guarantees of outcomes.

General

AI outputs may contain errors or limitations. Users and Clients should exercise independent judgment. GoBunny does not warrant that AI-generated content is error-free, complete, or suitable for every purpose.

23. Privacy and Data Protection

GoBunny collects and processes personal and business information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our privacy practices as described on the Platform.

Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. We take reasonable steps to protect data through contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards.

Consulting Clients are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights and notices when sharing personal data of their employees or customers with GoBunny for Engagement purposes.

24. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoBunny is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or business interruption arising from use of the Platform or Services.

For Career Support, this includes loss of employment opportunities. For Consulting, this includes business outcomes beyond breach of expressly agreed deliverables.

Where liability cannot be excluded, GoBunny’s total liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, except as otherwise stated in an Engagement agreement.

You agree to indemnify GoBunny against claims arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of third-party rights.

GoBunny may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations. These Terms may be updated by posting revisions on the Platform. Severability and entire-agreement principles apply in the standard manner.

25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law as specified by GoBunny in Engagement documents or, where not specified, the jurisdiction of the Company’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Parties will attempt good-faith resolution of disputes before arbitration or court proceedings where permitted by law. Consulting Engagements may specify alternative dispute resolution in the SOW.
