11. Non-Circumvention Clause

Users agree that for a period of twelve (12) months following their introduction to any mentor, trainer, or professional through the Platform, they will not solicit, hire, contract with, or otherwise engage such individuals for services outside the Platform without the written consent of GoBunny.

13. Payments, Fees, and Subscriptions

GoBunny operates as an online platform that facilitates connections between Users and mentors or training providers. The Company may not directly employ all individuals offering Services on the Platform and shall not be responsible for independent actions, opinions, or statements made by such individuals.

34. Electronic Acceptance

By accessing or using the Platform and electronically accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that electronic agreements, confirmations, and records constitute legally binding consent and have the same legal effect as a written signature.
